1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. App Usage
You must use the app only for lawful purposes and related to physical activities (running, walking).
3. User Account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Do not share your account with third parties.
4. GPS Accuracy and Fair Play
GPS data may vary by device. First Runner uses anti-fraud systems; spoofing your GPS will result in a ban.
5. In-App Purchases
Virtual items (gems, skins, subscriptions) are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
